Amy Woods is an award-winning photographer and filmmaker based between Liverpool and London. Her work explores the rituals and routines that shape everyday life. Drawing on her experience of living with panic disorder, she investigates the porous boundaries between self and city, weaving together spatial memory, anxiety and urban mythologies.

She is also a trainee audio producer at BBC Studios.
